You’re bidding on a pair of community VLF-218 double 18″ subwoofers.
Please note, these have been reloaded with P-Audio E-18 ELF 18″ drivers, each worth 130, for a total for 520 RRP of driver when new. Give em a google, they’re great drivers.
The boxes perform well and give a decent output (135db rms) to 30hz to a box. Pair them up for 138db. (Nerds amongst you may note that the original spec is higher – actually thats a half space measurement which, adds 3db, which I think is cheeky, but whatever)Sensitivity approx 103db on the watt (you gain a bit from the bandpass loading)RMS into each box is 1800 watts.4 OhmsNL4 inputs, drivers wired onto pins +/-1, with +/- pass through as you would expect. Will accept NL2 etcMore compact than a double 18 reflex because of the bandpass designVisual condition is medium, however they’d spruce up nicely and with a clean and maybe the odd bit of paint at the corners.No mechanical defects etc.Dimension are 1142*569*757 mm per box (clever low q bandpass design makes them more compact)Weight is 89KG per box
