Alesis Elevate 3 – 60w Powered Speakers These speakers have been with me for about 3 years and were a useful addition when I needed a temporary solution for music production.
They are far from studio grade monitors, but worked well enough for producing for a while, and have since been used for playing music at my work desk.
I’m selling them to free up some space as they are only used infrequently.
Includes power supply, 3.5mm to Phono cable, and a stereo 3.5mm cable to connect the satellite unpowered speaker to the master speaker.
In terms of sound quality, they’re not bad at all. Better than laptop speakers and certainly usable for listening to some music or watching video.
Both speakers are in excellent condition, having been used on stands and not handled or moved often.
They have a very slight hum if you get close enough to them, which I originally thought was a fault, but having tested 2 other sets of these units. it seems to be just a property of their cheap power transformers.
The hum is not bad enough to be a problem unless (like me) you are trying to produce music on them.
I no longer have the original box, but they will be well packaged for shipping.
