For the price these really are amazing sounding studio monitors. Capable of very clean and super loud reproduction in a typical size studio room. Flat frequency-response across a very broad range. Thankfully the two ports are forward firing so if you’re space is less than ideal you can easily plug one or both of the ports to tame the low-end, and of course keep them a good distance from the walls or corners.
These two are in not the best cosmetic condition but function perfectly. I have a pair of mint condition ones as well and have compared them side by side. I bought these as an extra pair for a surround project but they are now surplus to requirements. Various minor scuffs and scratches to the cabinets and some buckling of the veneer on the bottom front of the right monitor. The right monitor woofer has also had some dents to its dust cover, but these have been pulled out with no obvious issues resulting.
