Used 3 times for 3 weddings, and sat idle rest of the time. Comes with a handheld mic, tie clip mic and a headset mic, along with 1 x mic transmitter pack. Unit is mains powered but also has a chargeable built in battery to power the unit. You can adjust tone, talk over etc via controls on the top). The unit works fine, I just have no use for it anymore. I don’t have the instructions anymore but most of it obvious to someone with reasonable tech knowledge, and 9v battery (rectangle shape) for mic transmitter not included.
