CD+G, or Compact Disc plus Graphics, is a regular CD that displays graphics in time with the music. CDG has a video output for simple graphics, but not full motion video. The graphics function is used to store song lyrics, and display the lyrics in sync with the music. CD+G software displays lyrics, which can change colour as they are to be sung. A regular television is all that is required to display CD+G lyrics. Produced by creating minor controlled feedback in the singer’s voice, echo adds depth and resonance, without affecting the music. Auto Voice Control (AVC) is used primarily during practice sessions while a singer is learning a song. The AVC function only works with multiplex recordings and not with standard audio recordings.

Auto Voice Control is ideal for practice sessions and learning a new song. With AVC activated, the vocals on multiplex recordings will be muted when the singer starts to sing through the microphone. Take your performance to the next level with Balance controls. Use the Balance control to adjust the levels between the pre-recorded singer’s voice and the music when using multiplex karaoke discs
