Each monitor shows live and cumulative use. Simply plug into the wall socket, program your electricity tarriff rates (2 different tarriffs are supported) and you can see what anything plugged in to that socket is using i.e. how many watt, how many amps, power factor, voltage, frequency.

This is the type of device you can use to compare energy use between your old and new kettle or if you want to see what your microwave or washing machine are using live and since plugged in.
The device does not transmit any data and does not have any remote control. You need to be in front of it to read it.
Like most power meters there is a bit of variation (+/-) a few % so don’t expect the exact same readings if you plug the same device in each meter. These are for home use and do not have any industrial accuracy, it’s more of an indication than anything else!
