As stated this is a Vintage Fane 12 inch 60 watt speaker It has a cast aluminium chassis and has been reconed I believe that these were referred to as the POP 50 and were fitted by many cabinet manufacturers as standard in the 60/70s I had this one reconed around 20 years ago and it has not been used since so it is in A1 condition The impedance is 16 ohms
