Hi,
This a small microphone from Grundig with a case that forms a stand. Grundig had a reputation for quality.
I have no documentation.
I have used it, for testing an old machine I had (also a Grundig) as it has a din plug.
I assume the microphone to be made in Germany, but the case is made in Austria.
