All products sold as new are covered by a 2 Year Warranty from the date of delivery. If any faults develop after 60 days from the date of purchase then you will need to get the item back to us. We do offer a collection service for this whereby we collect the item from your doorstep for a fee of 20.00. After we have inspected the product(s) and it is found to be a warranty fault we will refund you the collection fee, complete a repair or replacement, then deliver back to you free of charge.
If the product(s) is not found to be a warranty fault the collection fee won’t be refunded and we will give you a report of the problem. The actions from here can range from a charged repair, replacement or upgrade. We’ll also give advice on how to prevent damage to your equipment in the future.
Please note: we do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse, modification, liquid ingress or normal wear and tear. We also request that you return the goods to us in its original packaging where possible.

Sorry – we do not accept reservations on items. How can I return my item? Depending on whether the item is unwanted or faulty/damaged, we have slightly different returns policies. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item, and must be packed in the original box with all components that it came with (manuals, leads, stands, etc) inside of the box as well.
