Delivery: For small items we dispatch the same working day using MyHermes or ParcelForce48 couriers, usually arriving in 1-3 days and requiring a signature. We always opt for insurance and package our orders very carefully to avoid any damages in transit.
Larger items that are suitable to fit onto a pallet will be stated in the delivery options menu and this service will cover UK mainland only, please contact us for a quote anywhere outside. Once the pallet is off of the lorry the buyer must be sure to have means of lifting the item in to your property.

We also offer home delivery service throughout Essex using our vans, please contact us for a quote!Outside of Essex / Courier /Man and Van Quotes:Please make sure you contact us for any delivery quotes and that you are happy before purchasing an item.
We do not handle quotes ourselves with courier delivery services but on a daily basis we work with various couriers arranged by our customers in getting items collected from our warehouse. We recommend trying anyvan.com or using a trusted courier of ours:

Collections:All collections must be made from our warehouse in Stow Maries, justoutside of the South Woodham Ferrers area, our postcode is CM3 6RT.Due to us being an online shop we are not open usual shop hours, youmust call to book an appointment for collection, however we work 7 days a weekand can arrange flexible morning/evening hours!For bulky orders we do ask for collections to be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Payments:PayPal payment is the fastest and safest method for both parties. All items collected with a courier/man and van must require a PayPal payment before leaving our warehouse unless otherwise agreed.
Cash on collection is also welcome if the buyer prefers.
