MASCHINE STUDIO BK Product Overview The flagship Maschine Studio controller from Native Instruments, offers a superb set of features that are fully capable of taking advantage of everything that the Maschine environment can offer. The Maschine Studio edition offers the highest amount of physical knobs and dials found in the range including 2 full colour high resolutions screens, 8 endless rotary dials, a jog wheel and a whole host of physical buttons and grouping features that give you quick access to all the features and enable more intuitive control over the powerful editing and management software, that gives you full access to the huge 8 GB+ sample Maschine library.
At the core of the Maschine concept is the ability to combine the flexibility of the in-depth editing software along with the speed and unsurpassed intuitive control that can only be offered by dedicated hardware. When combined they allow you to create rhythms, bass lines, chords and melodies, and build tracks extremely quickly on-the-fly.
The Maschine studio software gives you a high-performance sampler with professional effects and full support for your plugin’s in both as a stand-alone performance mode, as well as being capable of being fully integrated as a plug in within your sequencer of choice.
The dual 480 X 272 pixel displays found on the Maschine Studio edition, offers a larger workable screen space than any of the other Maschine models. The extra screen space gives you easy access to browsing and editing your sounds and plug-ins, streamlining your workflow and allowing you to sample, arrange, mix and concentrate on the performance, without having to reference the laptop screen itself
With a collection of more than 8 GB banks of samples, patterns and effects for all styles with many of the library patches being created by renowned artists and producers, the Maschine is extremely usable straight out of the box, just plug it in and through using the Maschine browser you can start playing immediately.
However if you wish to delve even deeper in, then Maschine Studio software itself offers a number of synth engines designed to make drum synthesis a breeze, complete multiple engines for building your ideal kick, snare, hi-hats, toms and general percussion. Alongside those also comes the Komplete Select pack as well which offers the classic Massive as well as a handful of other synths such as Monark, Drumlab & Reaktor Prism, emulations including Retro Machines MK2 & Vintage Organs & 24+ effects round off the full Maschine package.
If already own a selection of other Native Instruments software or even the full Komplete collection itself, then the Maschine Studio controller lets you find and load these inside of its environment, for quick access and hands on tweak-ability which turn it into a fully featured production environment in standalone mode.
