This is a Meteor 150 Projector for Cassettes only made in the early 1970’s by Meteor in Chiswick, West London, and has been a workhorse ever since but still works well and has been completely cleaned.  The projector inevitably has lots of marks and scratches as shown. It takes an A1/216 150watt QI lamp which are still available, and the output is obviously less that a Solar 250 but more than a Solar 100B.  Of course the cassette foam drive while is worn but still turns the 2 Cassettes reasonably well and very occasionally stop but almost always start again on their own. Both Cassettes have seen better days and the grooves have worn thin in places but the colours in the Liquid one are still remarkably vibrant. The pattern cassette is badly cracked which I have tried to show in the photo but do not show too much when projected as it is such a ‘busy’ pattern. I am sorry the writing on the back of the projector is not legible in the photo. The original lens with the projector is included and is an 85mm but I have included a slightly battered but fully working wide angle lens which I assume is a 60mm. I have metered the 3 pin bulging accessory output on the side of the projector and there is 12volts coming from it.
I have had a few of these for sale but this is the last but one of these projectors that I have as I slowly clear out my workshop.
Carriage cost is for UK Mainland addresses only as I do not use the Postal Service. Please request carriage cost for UK Islands eg. Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland before bidding as cost may unfortunately be higher. The International postage charge shown is for UPS to some European Countries such as France & Germany only. As there are some Countries I do not sell to and as Carriage Charges vary pleas ask for a Carriage Charge before bidding. I can send to North America by UPS for 40.Thanks E Bay for changing the listing procedure and making it so much more difficult. Sutton is in Surrey, Southwest London and I use to be able to add this to the address details but not since it has changed. Winning Bidder is welcome to collect to save carriage charge. Hermes/UPS usually deliver in UK, 2 days after dispatch.  Please note that due to a number of time wasters : E Bay will automatically open an UNPAID CASE exactly 4 days after bidding ends, if winner has not paid for item, and then give winner a further 4 days to pay.
