All products sold as new are covered by a 2 Year Warranty from the date of delivery. If any faults develop after 60 days from the date of purchase then you will need to get the item back to us. We do offer a collection service for this whereby we collect the item from your doorstep for a fee of 20.00. After we have inspected the product(s) and it is found to be a warranty fault we will refund you the collection fee, complete a repair or replacement, then deliver back to you free of charge.
If the product(s) is not found to be a warranty fault the collection fee won’t be refunded and we will give you a report of the problem. The actions from here can range from a charged repair, replacement or upgrade. We’ll also give advice on how to prevent damage to your equipment in the future.
Please note: we do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse, modification, liquid ingress or normal wear and tear. We also request that you return the goods to us in its original packaging where possible.

If for any reason you do not want your purchase within 60 days of delivery, you can return your purchase by contacting us via through the eBay messaging system to receive a returns number.
If your purchase is faulty, we will do a free of charge collection and our engineers will test the items on receipt to our warehouse. Please be aware, if the items are not found to be faulty, we reserve the right to deduct 20.00 collection charge from your refund.
Once we receive the goods back at our warehouse, we promise to complete a refund for the goods you purchased within 5 working days via your original payment method.

When you contact our customer service department, you may be asked to give the product code or eBay item number of the item. The eBay item number is in the top right-hand corner of the Description tab on the listing (it’s quite small!) The product code of the item is displayed in orange text to the right hand side of the main image in the description. It will be displayed as a seven-figure code e.g. ‘Product Code: BBA1234’. Can I amend my order? Before dispatch: you can amend your order, or cancel your order at any time. We accept PayPal for all items and orders. We also accept other payment methods on items over £20 (Visa / MasterCard and credit card payments) and for payments over £100, we accept a personal cheque. Please note that a cheque transfer may take up to 10 days to process, however. On items under £10, an immediate payment is required. How quickly will the payment go through? If you require a different service, for example next day delivery, then the delivery cost will depend entirely on the item itself. Yes you can, if you have chosen a 48 hour or 24 hour courier delivery method. Full details of your tracking number and courier information is sent to customers once their item has been dispatched. You can only collect an item if the payment is made in store, we do not accept collection if an item has already been paid for online. Can I reserve item(s) that I intend to buy later? Sorry – we do not accept reservations on items. How can I return my item? Depending on whether the item is unwanted or faulty/damaged, we have slightly different returns policies. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item, and must be packed in the original box with all components that it came with (manuals, leads, stands, etc) inside of the box as well.
