Assembled using steel upright frames and base plates this plinth is strong and sturdy, whilst the simple construction allow for a rapid assembly and make transportation easy. The top plate features bolt holes for securely mounting lighting fixtures, and a 35mm adaptor is supplied that bolts to the top plate allowing speakers to sit safely on top of the plinths. The supplied scrim provides the perfect coverage giving a clean look. Why not add a slimline style par can or light effect within the base area to illuminate it from within. All products sold as new are covered by a 2 Year Warranty from the date of delivery. If any faults develop after 60 days from the date of purchase then you will need to get the item back to us. We do offer a collection service for this whereby we collect the item from your doorstep for a fee of 20.00. After we have inspected the product(s) and it is found to be a warranty fault we will refund you the collection fee, complete a repair or replacement, then deliver back to you free of charge.

If the product(s) is not found to be a warranty fault the collection fee won’t be refunded and we will give you a report of the problem. The actions from here can range from a charged repair, replacement or upgrade. We’ll also give advice on how to prevent damage to your equipment in the future.

Please note: we do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse, modification, liquid ingress or normal wear and tear. We also request that you return the goods to us in its original packaging where possible.

Replacement

Refund

If for any reason you do not want your purchase within 60 days of delivery, you can return your purchase by contacting us via phone or email to receive a returns number.

If your purchase is faulty, we will do a free of charge collection and our engineers will test the items on receipt to our warehouse. Please be aware, if the items are not found to be faulty, we reserve the right to deduct 20.00 collection charge from your refund.

Once we receive the goods back at our warehouse, we promise to complete a refund for the goods you purchased within 5 working days via your original payment method.

When you contact our customer service department, you may be asked to give the product code or eBay item number of the item. The eBay item number is in the top right-hand corner of the Description tab on the listing (it’s quite small!) We accept PayPal for all items and orders. We also accept other payment methods on items over £20 (Visa / MasterCard and credit card payments) and for payments over £100, we accept a personal cheque.
