the clearout continues! Listed as for parts or not working as i dont want any high expectations but they do work, operate perfectly fine but i do not know enough about them to give a qualified explanation other than the below.
This auction is for a PAIR ! there are four pictured and being sold in pairs! Just choose one or two pairs when hitting buy it now.
I have had these skulling around for a few years now, purchased believe it or not at a flea market from a chap who was selling a bunch of disco and band gear as he was retiring.
It was a bit of a bargain at the time to be honest and diddnt really need them but thought it worth the risk as i had garage space at the time.
They are 15″ subs in wooden cabinets with full metal grills. They are just as i bought them a few years ago and since owning them have used only a couple of times to bolster up my bands PA for the odd bigger gig.
they look professional and sound pretty good as well! I dont know what they actually are other than the blue painted circles which say CED and the specification plate. They are old and well used. Each benefits from having large wheels fitted to ease transportation.
The speakons are wired so that the subs operate on pins 2-/2+ (so tops can run on 1+/1-) used with an external crossover (there are no internal crossovers), i used a analogue behringer which i have decided to keep for a studio project.
there are blue painted circles on the rear which read CED, some kind of identifier, the labels read as follows

impedance 8
frequency responce 38-130
crossover freq/s S1-40-100
Serial numbers are close but not in order
Model TSB-P15
they have screw in top hats and large black metal bar handles to the sides. They have stacking cups cut in the top.
Im selling these as well used, just tested again before listing and they do exactly what subs should do, quite punchy and clear, my crossover setting is out and crossed at 110hz so anything above 110 wont happen via the subs.
I used an old qsc rmx 2450 to drive them very successfully.
That is all i know, i do not know any other technical details. Hence the reason for selling as seen with no returns. If i dont sell on here i will take them to a boot fair and see what happens.
