A fantastic opportunity to buy a complete set of Peavey Messenger mk2 subs which have recently been upgraded to now include Eminence Delta 15″ LF 4 ohms drivers.The original Peavey drivers in these subs were OK however all 3 have been upgraded to Eminence Delta 15″ LF 4 ohms drivers which take these subs from 300w RMS / 600w peak as stock, to 500w RMS / 1000w peak which makes a big difference and sound great. The inbuilt crossovers work great too and hi-pass out to the top speakers at 150hz.They have been very lightly gigged however of course there is the odd small scratch and areas where there are signs of use, however with the new upgraded Eminence drivers, these perform far better than new.This sale also includes the matching peavey pro-12 top speakers.In addition, I’m also selling a fantastic power amp which is the PV 2600. This PV 2600 is a truly excellent power amp with 900w per channel at 4 ohms with the ability to run at 2 ohms or bridge the amp for even more power.It’s in excellent working order and has only been lightly gigged and never pushed anywhere near the limits therefore has always operated with a large amount of headroom.It has always been kept in a flightcase and looked after very well.I’ll also include the case if required as this will store 2 amplifiers and also mount a desk in the top too. The case alone was over 100 new.I’m also including 5 speakon leads ranging in length (2 being 15m for added reach) and 2x speakon splitters for added flexibility to connect 3 subwoofers and add an additional one if desired.
All the kit is in perfect working order and I’d be happy to provide a full working demonstration on collection.
The amp alone was 600 new and the upgraded subs are more powerful and far better than new which retail at over 200 each.
This really is an excellent opportunity to buy some excellent equipment which has been looked after and is in perfect working order (in the case of the subs even better and more powerful than new).Collection only, however depending on location I’d be happy to discuss delivering this to you for a charge if you’re struggling with transport, (say within a 75 mile radius).
