Shipping Information
We post items everyday, we aim to send out goods within 24 hours of purchase, (see our feedback!)but we cannot guarantee this during busy times, so please allow us 2 to 3 days despatch after purchase.
If you have not received your item within one week of purchase, please contact us, this will give us the opportunity to trace the parcel. All goods are posted via First Class Post, if you require a more secure form of shipping, you can opt for Parcelforce delivery, call us for details.. We are not responsible for goods lost in the post. Parcelforce 24hr or 48hr shipping methods are required for heavier items, this requires a signature upon receipt, so please ensure someone will be in to sign for the goods. Orders received after 1pm that require Parcelforce will be shipped the following day. Returns If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purcahse, you can return it to us at the address supplied on your invoice. All return postage & deivery charges are payable by you.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in original packaging. Please wrap securely when sending it back.
