Condition
All items are sold as described and/or seen in listing photographs. Items are sold in used condition unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Light marks or scuffs to outer casings/bezels are to be expected with used items. Any deep scratches or heavier damage will be noted in item descriptions if present.
All our items are SECURITY MARKED and PHOTOGRAPHED prior to postage to prevent fraud. Any non original items returned will be reported to the police and eBay notified.UPDATE: due to non original items being returned our returns section is now fully equipped with CCTV for Reference in regard to any claims
Compatibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that parts purchased will fit and/or work with intended machines. Item listings include manufacturer’s model numbers/part codes where possible to help buyers select the right components for their machines.
Shipping
We aim to ship within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow 4-6 business days for your item to arrive after it has been dispatched. We will ship items within the UK only. Larger items may be collected in person from our store if you live locally. Please contact us prior to buying to arrange local pick up.
Shipping discounts may be available for multiple item purchases, please send us a message before making payment to discuss any possible shipping discounts.
WarrantyAll secondhand electrical items have 30 days guarantee from date of receipt(we offer this to give the buyer easily enough time to check the item and make sure it is as advertised).Any returned items must still have all security stickers/marks visible, if these have been removed no refund can be issued. New electrical equipment has 12 months. This is a standard warranty as per sale of goods act (most recent). It does not cover accidental damage.Returns
In line with Distance Selling Regulations, returns are accepted on all new and used items within 7 days of the item’s receipt. This will be subject to 20% of original price and original P&P deducted. A refund will be issued after we have received the returned item. If an item is found to be faulty within any stated warranty period, it may be returned for a refund or replacement if possible during that time. Buyers are to bear the cost of return postage.
Payment
UK customers may pay by PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. Please phone us on 01262 722111 to pay by card. Payment must be made within 7 days of committing to buy. If payment is not received within this time, the item will be relisted and an unpaid item dispute will be filed against the buyer.
