Showtec Explorer 575 Spot Moving Head…is a fully equipped moving head with a powerful MSR-575 lightsource. It has two gobo wheels: one gobo wheel with rotating gobos (3 metal gobos, 2 dichroic gobos and 1 solid glass gobo) and one gobo wheel with fixed gobos (9 metal gobos). Due to the combination of the two gobo wheels more than 60 effects can be achieved. To create extra effects the Explorer 575 Spot is equipped with a 3-facet rotating prism. The Explorer 575 Spot creates vivid colors due to its 2 color-wheels. Each color wheel has 9 colors and white.
There are 4 movers all together for sale, all have very slight faults but for a DJ’s use would be perfect the issue arises with DMX cue control where gobos do not line up properly. The faults is with the stepping motor. The stepping motors cost around 10 each. We have no expertise in mover repairs just yet. Once fixed these movers are worth 250 each.
The movers do still work for random and auto mode brilliantly and are perfect for a DJ.
