SKB Roto Mini Gig Rig 19″ Rack Mount Case for Mixers and 19″ Rack Gear – Excellent Protection for Valuable Equipment
For sale my much-loved SKB Roto Gig Rig Kit Rack. Retirement from DJing reluctantly forces sale.
NB – the equipment shown is for illustrative purposes only and IS NOT included in the sale!!
As you will see, it’s a nice table-top size and fits a decent 19″ rack mount mixer on top (plus even a CD controller), with enough room for side-entry cables when the lid is fitted.
It also copes with further off-board gear below, such as FX, Compressors, Amplifiers.
The rear case provides ample access for bringing power and/or additional signal cables in, and getting amplifier outputs or signals for active speakers or other kit out.
Two sturdy handles at the side, make picking it up out of the car/van and into the gig a breeze, and the front, rear and top covers are sensibly configured to protect your precious equipment.
It’s a good, sturdy unit, ideal for a small-medium sized setup, and was always a joy to bring my kit to gigs in it. It never caused me any trouble, but for some reason I don’t believe they make them any more – more’s the pity!

There is a little paint worn from the handles, and signs of scuffing, but it’s all par for the course with these, and it basically shrugs off the knocks from life on the road. See what you think. Sold in VGC apart from the cosmetic issues. I will try to find the SKB rack screws to go with it and will fit the ones shown in the pictures (holding the kit in) into some of the holes.

This really is a nice case – relatively light and very sturdy for the protection and capacity it affords, so somebody will get a bargain. Also, I don’t believe these are made any more (sadly), so it makes it a good chance to get something excellent that regrettably is no longer available. Happy bidding and good luck!
