For Auction is my collection of CCT Minuette Lamps, as I no longer use them.
This auction is for just one lamp that has been converted to use a CP97 300-Watt lamp.
CP97 Lamps produce more Lumens per Watt than the standard lamp supplied by CCT.
One of my reasons for changing to the CP97 lamps was cost. A CP97 can be purchased for under 2 for the brighter, 75 hour version. I found that moving the lights around caused the GX9.5 lamps to break and the costs of replacing them was astronomical. Breaking a low cost, short life lamp was a better option. In reality I found the short life lamps were more rugged on the road, and very rarely needed replacement. (I used the lamps with the dimmer preheat option on and max voltage set to 220v)
I still have the original GX9.5 lamp holders and can include one with the lamp should you like to use the original bulbs.
I did look into converting these lamps to 100-Watt LED modules, but found to cool the LED a fan was needed.
