I am selling a stanton s-450 cd turntable in working order (see below). There are superficial scratches to the metal surface of the jog wheel, which make no difference to it’s functionality.

Above is the manual – the ‘parameter time-control’ knob(see manual) is snapped off but will be supplied- in the past it has been glued back on but has broken off again – I would say it needs a new potentiometer, but i never needed to use it, according to the manual it changes the ‘effect time’, i think this means the frequency of the effects turning from 0 to 100% and back: by default they last 1/4 to 4 bars and cycle while the button is toggled.
It’s a great piece of kit, other than that fully working. Can still use the effects nicely. to moderate the effect period I used to jog wheel, so i am not sure what this broken knob does to be honest!
I would imagine one could replace the broken potentiometer – it needs a new pot, they’d be about 3, i have not looked. the metal shaft has snapped off inside the plastic knob.
This defect has led me to set a low price for it, I think it’s a great bit of kit for 35 pounds buy-it-now.
I have no photos other than the official one, because I don’t have a digital camera.
