All buttons / settings / knobs / jog wheel / pitch are all in perfect working order, there is one slight issue with the “cue” button for Channel B which can stick, but does still work and you can also easily click the same button within the software to toggle it on & off or load a track to Deck B
Please check compatibility for your device as e.g. this unit is not compatible with MAC Sierra OS
