D grade items are usually item with a slight defect this could be cosmetically damages or a 1 feature not working but the core functions can still be used. E grade items are usually non-working items these will be sold as untested that may require some attention to revive the item to working condition and usually will look in acceptable condition with no cosmetic damages. F grade items are sold are spares non-working these are broken usually with cosmetic damages intended to be sold for parts and may be beyond economically repair. COLLECTION POLICY All items must be collected from the store during opening hours you must visit us and pay at the counter, if you have paid via PayPal in advance and wish to collect a purchase you are required to pay for the item once more at time of collection.
