Typically speaking if the power cordis detachable (figure 8, kettle lead etc.) then it will NOT be included. We very rarely sell items withremote controls so please assume if there is no remote pictured in the listingthen there is not one included. Unfortunately, we have been thevictim of fraudulent returns. As a result, all items are securitymarked/tagged, including void stickers. Should items be returned and the voidsticker has been removed then the return will be invalid. If you try to repairthe item yourself, or involve a third party to do this, a return (includingpartial refunds) will not be accepted so please get in touch with us if thereis an issue with your item before attempting to repair it yourself. Please beaware that hard drives will be fully checked if returned and all hard drivesare sent out with a void sticker. If the void sticker is removed your return isnot valid and no refund will be given.
