Both are revolving
First one is mains. It originally came with 2 yellow wires coming out of the electric motor (rotating device), we just extended these into a plug, and it worked perfectly. But because I am not an electrician please check safety.

Second one is battery operated. 1.5v/LR20 battery.
Diameter is approximately 5″.
