There is sound from the audio cable connected to the amplifier, but the volume cannot be controlled. Why? ?
There are three groups of interfaces on the back of the amplifier: input is the audio input port, which is the two groups on the left; the third group of OUTPUT is the audio output port, which is the rightmost group.
The INPUT input port has two sets of cd end and dvd end. These two sets are used to connect external audio input signals. It is possible to connect the mobile phone headphone port / computer headphone port / TV.

Many customers do not understand how to connect the third group of output ports, but cannot control the volume when there is sound. Because this interface is not an audio signal input port, it is an output port for connecting other power amplifiers or active speakers.
No sound? ? ?
If there is no sound connected, it is because the mode position in front of your amplifier is not switched correctly.
