Welcome to our site, please take the time to read our terms as they are there for your benefit as well as ours and will help you through a pleasent buying experiance with us..We are an electrical recycling company and get these on a regular basis. Due to stock and limited time we pass these on at a far lower price than a working item and sell them for spares or repair for this reason only. A vast number of our clients return to us with many customers actually finding little or no faults. But Please! Please only work on them if you are qualified to do so.
We have no idea of the items history, age, previous works/repairs etc. We will normally only do a power up test (plug it in and see if power light comes on) due to the vast amount of stock that passes through our doors, so we list our items as Faulty unless otherwise stated.. we pride ourselves on as many detailed pictures that we can. This helps you determine the condition for yourselves. also only the item you see is included in the sale,IE: not remotes, cables, power supply’s or manuals etc………………..or the table, wall or building!!
Unfortunately due to the odd bad person/con artist/general rat! we do security mark all our items so if we get a return for some reason, we will know its our item.
Our PackagingOur packaging is not free to us! so please bear that in mind!
We usually on average items only charge approximately 1 over the courier price, so please think what a good deal this is! Paypal will take their cut for doing nothing!!!! the boxes we buy are a minimum of 75p cost to us and then we use a good quality large amount of bubble wrap , tape, etc!!!!! so that small amount you think we make on postage ends up being a loss from our pockets! not yours or Paypal!
If on the rare occasion you have a damaged item and damaged packaging please do not sign for it as it did not leave our premises that way and makes it difficult to gain a refund from the courier. Also if your able please take a photo and contact us.
Payment
Payment must be paid no later than 3 days after purchase unless we have been contacted and made other arrangements.
