B&C 15PL40-8 Bass driver.
This is NOT working and will require a recone.
It tested open circuit on the meter, so as said it is for parts only.
Upon examination, the chassis seems to be in good shape and could have been reconed previously. (see Picture 1 around the edges)
When working this driver is rated at 400 watts RMS.
