When you contact our customer service department, you may be asked to give the product code or eBay item number of the item. The eBay item number is in the top right-hand corner of the Description tab on the listing (it’s quite small!) The product code of the item is displayed in orange text to the right hand side of the main image in the description. It will be displayed as a seven-figure code e.g. ‘Product Code: BBA1234’. Can I amend my order? Before dispatch: you can amend your order, or cancel your order at any time. We accept PayPal for all items and orders. We also accept other payment methods on items over £20 (Visa / MasterCard and credit card payments) and for payments over £100, we accept a personal cheque. Please note that a cheque transfer may take up to 10 days to process, however. On items under £10, an immediate payment is required. How quickly will the payment go through? Payments made by PayPal is instant, card payments over the phone are instant and personal cheques / PayPal E-Cheques take up to 10 days to process. We also offer finance. Sorry – we do not accept reservations on items. How can I return my item? Depending on whether the item is unwanted or faulty/damaged, we have slightly different returns policies. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item, and must be packed in the original box with all components that it came with (manuals, leads, stands, etc) inside of the box as well.
