Numark DJ controller Omni Control. Condition is “Used”. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.
I eagerly waited months for this equipment to be released in the UK and it really helped me jump from vinyl to digital mixing. It has a relatively small footprint but maintains all the functionality of those larger plastic feeling modern controllers. The main body is made from aluminium and sits solidly on all of its original feet (these have moved over time see pic however, none are lost like those on other listings).
What you might also want to know when considering this product is some have been listed as ‘missing power adaptor’. – the truth is, it was never supplied with one as it powers directly from the USB connection. I know that as this is my own equipment which i have used carefully since new – the pictures show that all of the LEDs function which in-turn means the corresponding buttons which control each LED work as I pressed them to activate them. Those that are unlit are momentary so i couldn’t press them whilst holding the camera!!
This is an excellent dj controller ideal for those starting out or indeed those looking to scale down their club style equipment yet achieve a professional outcome.
Condition:
I have just fired it up and it works very well with all of its functionality. All of the faders and dials run smoothly and aren’t sloppy from wear at all.
The unit is in very good condition given its age with only slight minor aesthetic wear on very few of the graphical details. You can see these clearly in the photos (well you have to look quite hard as they are minor!!!)
Worth Noting:
*Device does not come with power adaptor but works direct from USB (these units were not shipped with a power adaptor)
*It comes without CD rom – i think I mistakely bundled it in with my Traktor F1 when I sold that.
*You can download drivers from www.numark.com/product/omnicontrol (you can also see full product specification here)
*It works well with Traktor DJ software which you can download from www.native-instruments.com/en/products/traktor/dj-software/traktor-dj-2
