Collection only due to weight.Loud, powered / active sub unit. I have been using this with my 10 Mackie system but its not really needed as the gigs Im doing arent that loud. Its not had a hard life and the JBL probably will sound better once its been worked a bit harder!The JBL was taken from a new passive sub that Id bought prior to buying the Wharfdale. When I sold the cab, I swapped the drivers as the Wharfdale was a bit flappy!The cab accepts a standard speaker pole.cab is carpet covered with two decent carrying handles.
