This is for an Anytronics DP405 dimmer pack. It is an analogue dimmer pack, although they can be fitted with a DMX control module. If you want to look it up, Anytronics are still making them, they are now known as the F series.
This one doesn’t look like it has ever been installed, I suspect it has been kept as a spare. All of the blanking grommits are still in place. I still have one of these in semi regular use, albiet with a DMX module fitted, it has never let me down.
