Custom DJ Trolley Deck
The trolley was custom made to be wheeled into a function and be up and going in minutes.
It comes complete with built in UV light and flat screen TV.
Four heavy duty castors are used, which can be locked into place to stop them rolling when in use.
There are mounts for lighting poles from standard lighting tripods. We have two trolleys and when used together as a pair, a 3m goal post lighting rig can be supported over them.
The frame is black painted steel box section tubing welded together.
The front panel is black spayed 5mm MDF board and top deck is black painted 10mm MDF board.The base is sturdier plywood board with the trolley wheels bolted to the board.
The trolley is strong and you can stand on it to mount you lights on the overhead lighting rig if required.
Dimensions: width 165cm, depth 65cm, height deck 82cm, height front top 107cm
The main area between the base and top decks is designed to hold your larger lighting cases, speakers etc. while smaller flight cases can be stored on top and then the whole unit can be wheeled from your trailer or van straight into the venue. We used an 8×5 towavan with rear ramp to transport our pair of trolleys.
It could do with a new lick of paint.
The TV is behind a perspex sheet which is scuffed and could do with replacing, however, the scuffs are not really noticeable when the TV is on.
There is a grill for the UV light which has been removed and so not in the photos, but will be included in the sale.
Auction is a for a single trolley but a pair are available.
