The cat is getting on a bit now and has decided to retire from doing any kind of mobile DJ-ing, so she has decided to sell her trusty speakers, amp, lights, and associated bits and pieces.
She said that all this stuff would be puuuurfect for a Christmas or New Year shindig, and is fairly easy to set up!

You will get:
Two ProSound speaker cabinets (62cm in height)
These speakers are pretty darn loud.
They have mono jack connections on the back for both input and output (so you can daisy chain other speakers together).
The speakers do show signs of use with a few marks here and there, but this does not affect their sound.
The cones are still in great shape.
They can also be attached to speaker stands using the hole in the bottom of the cabs.
One Cambridge Audio A300 amplifier
It has been modded so the speaker cables can simple be plugged in without any hassle.
It is housed in a sturdy casing, with plenty of air-flow.
You can connect a number of devices with a simple switch to change the audio input.
The handles on the casing do show some signs of rust but it is only cosmetic
Comes with a kettle lead to power the thing.
Also including a mini jack to RCA cable, so you can connect a computer, iPod, phone or whatever else easily.
Geni Blaze party light
Fairly basic beam light that rotates the multi-coloured beams with the beat of the music.
The sensitivity can be adjusted to suit the volume of the party.
Comes with a kettle lead to power the thing.
Does show some signs of use, and some of the bolts are rusty. Does not affect the working of the light.
Geni XTC party light
Much bigger light that projects some kind of pattern on the ground in different colours.
This one also reacts to the beat of the music.
Comes with a kettle lead to power the thing.
Has a handy multi-angle bracket that shows you what degrees your light is at!
Geni Spin Master I party light
Similar size to the XTC, though this one projects wider patterns in varying colours.
From memory, this one projects “up and out” more.
Also reacts to the beat of the music.

Smoke Machine
Essential to every party.
Just pour in the smoke machine liquid, let it heat up on the element, then press the button on the remote to emit a plum of pleasant smelling mist.
Comes with a fitted power lead and two remote controls.
Does show some signs of use, with some rust on the body, though this does not affect the working of the unit.
Come with half a bottle (500ml maybe?) of smoke fluid (more can be obtained from Maplin), a plastic jug to pour the stuff in and to pour it back out again after the party (very handy, said the cat), and a bag to put the bottle and jug in.
BETOX LS-5 Laser Crab
This looks pretty good when set up near the smoke machine, shining through the smoke.
This reacts to the beat of the music, and draws different laser patterns and shapes in red.
Can work with a power supply, but the one provided is damaged. Repair if you like, but that’s up to you. Otherwise just replace.
Takes 4x AA batteries which will definitely last for an NYE party (Duracells did for the cat).
Lighting Stand and T-Bar
Goes up pretty high, though I’m not sure how high. Taller than me and I’m 5’6″ huge. Usually need to help DJ Cat put the lights on here by standing precariously on a chair.
The T-bar can hold four lights, etc. I put the laser on above the smoke machine too. That thing weighs nothing!
Not sure what weight it will take but the cat has never had any issues with the lights shown.
I’d recommend fixing the lights on to the T-bar first, then attaching on to the stand.
The centre column does have some damage due to the cat overtightening the tripod legs. She doesn’t know her own strength, especially after some catnip!
Some hazard tape is stuck to one of the legs. Safety first!
Comes with four bolts, nuts and wingnuts to attach the lights.
Extras
So all the cables, the laser and the smoke machine fluid/jug will be in a plastic box.
Found some bulbs. Not sure if they are for the lights or not, so they’re getting thrown in, too*
