This sale is for an original Gemini PT1000 Turntable with lid and an almost new Stanton Cartridge.When compared with other decks you will notice the quality of Gemini components. The motor for example, has high torque and the Quartz technology ensures that the pitch WILL NOT go out of sync and can be relied on for accuracy in performances. It really is a very good deck and has served me 16 years of good use. Everything works as it should but please note that when the platter spins, it has a very slight warp of around 2mm fluctuation. Ive just set up the anti skating and counter weight balance so that it plays vinyls nicely without jumping or skating. Its very stable and is good to scratch on if you require it for that purpose.
Grab a bargain, dont really want to sell it but its big and needs must. Hopefully it will continue its service with the next Deejaaaay!
