I am a show laser engineer and this is a home made 1watt blue laser projection head, It has Cambridge style scanners at 20K scan rate and 80 degree scan angle.
The laser is 445NM blue laser diode, I have designed a constant current driver and modulation PCB for this system, Its wired to the ILDA standard and was designed to work with a Pangolin system.
I never had the time to finish the enclosure as can be seen from the pictures, it has 2 power supplies! 1 for the laser and one for the scanners.
Its NOT BEEN RUN FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS but on powering it up today the scanners found their zero positions and the laser fired ” this can be seen in the pictures”.
