When you contact our customer service department, you may be asked to give the product code or eBay item number of the item. The eBay item number is in the top right-hand corner of the Description tab on the listing (it’s quite small!) The product code of the item is displayed in orange text to the right hand side of the main image in the description. It will be displayed as a seven-figure code e.g. ‘Product Code: BBA1234’. Can I amend my order?
