These are the same speaker rebranded by Studiospares and Carlsbro (and others) just different grills.
An extremely cost effective way to add some bottom end love to your 12in tops at bigger gigs, and they do make a difference!
The Studiospares one has some missing rubber feet. The Carlsbro one is in better condition.
