Input Section
With 4 channels that accept either XLR or 1/4 in. inputs, any microphone or other line input source can be accommodated, plus super musical 2-band EQ to assure you of better sound quality. A set of tape inputs that accept RCA plugs for a CD player or cassette deck allows you to route them directly to the main output.
Plenty of Power
The POWERPOD 406 has a 100-watt power amplifier, while the POWERPOD 408 is 120 watts. This amplifier uses Phonic’s genuine circuitry design, providing lighter weight and, equally important, cooler operation. The amplifier is protected from damage by a built-in limiter that will also protect the connected speakers. With these output power, it will be very difficult for others not to hear you!

Digital Delay
POWERPOD 408 has a high quality DSP processor built inside. It features 1 level control and 2 parameter controls (1 for time and the other for delay), specifically designed for live applications. The effect can then be sent to the stereo mix as well as to the monitors. This way the performer can hear the effect as well.
