Up for sale is a brand new in the box pair of the latest CDJ3000, alongside a mint condition boxed DJM900 NXS2.
This is the absolute best of the best in terms of DJ setups currently available. The CDJ3000s have only just been released less than a couple of months ago and I had to wait a few weeks for them to become available. They are only one month old and absolute mint – only taken out the box to take some photos and then put back, and the mixer is my own that I have kept in my studio in mint condition alongside my NXS2 setup (which I have now sold) and always kept with a deck saver on after use (also included).
I bought these for a series of socially distanced events that we had planned but unfortunately due to the current lockdown circumstances they will not be going ahead and for the foreseeable future so I am deciding to sell the 3000s along with my NXS2 mixer which I now have no use for as I have the new XDJ-XZ instead.
I was very skeptical about the release of the new 3000’s as I thought there wasn’t much to improve on with the NXS2s but after testing out my friend’s setup Pioneer has really pulled it out the bag on this one and made a very worthwhile upgrade. If you are thinking of upgrading to NXS2s it is definitely worthwhile spending the extra few hundred to get a setup like this that will hold its value much more than the NXS2s which are constantly dropping in price hence why I sold mine. These new CDJs are absolutely stunning and they have to be seen to be appreciated. I was blown away with how smooth the interface was, the near-instant track load times and also the addition of hot cue pads, a key sync feature and also the new waveforms display that can separate the lows,mids and highs alongside much more. To buy this setup new you would be looking at close to 2,000 for the mixer and 2,200 for the CDJ’s each, so. a total of 6,400 retail if you were to buy separately. There is obviously deals and such on websites that will have lower costs but I have only done a quick google search. I guarantee that this will be the cheapest you will find though and is also the only listing on eBay selling CDJ3000s in the UK at less than retail price. I would be willing to sell the CDJs separately but only as a pair.
Due to being several items and also the high cost to insure, I will only be offering collection on this from OX18.
