This was purchased by me as working, but was packaged by a numbskull who thought that no damage would be caused by it rattling around loose in a cardboard box.
As you can see from the photo of the rear, the casing has cracked and some part have come away meaning the casing is loose at the rear.Surprisingly there seems to be little other cosmetic damage.
With regards to functionality, the unit turns on and lights up but then shows “e9101” which is the error code for disk loading/jam.It is quite possible that this is an easy repair and fixing this will give you a fully working, albeit beaten up unit.
otherwise it should be good for spares as except for the problems already mentioned, everything else appears fine.
