It has to be powered via USB using a the included USB charger plug. The audio is handled by your smart device & you can split the signal to master and monitor (main speakers and headphones) with the included splitter cable. It is NOT possible to use Bluetooth speakers & Bluetooth headphones at the same time with this controller as you must have the splitter cable attached to your phone in order to split the signal to master/monitor. You can play music through the controller to Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers but you will not be able to cue tracks so this option is only for listening to pre-made mixes or listening to one track after the other without the DJ being able to pre-listen to the next track.
