This keeps the set nice and tight and provides DJs with conviction when smashing out mashes and mixes. The Pioneer XDJ-1000 alongside rekordbox software also provides instant access to stored cues, loops and customised settings. DJs can now colour code their playlists through rekordbox, and the USB port will also illuminate in the specific playlist colour, as a visual cue. The unit is also compatible with Pioneer DJs KUVO community, which lets the DJ share live set information with communities of clubbers, crafting a must have platform for all new age digital DJs, their fans and fellow mixers. Pioneer have simplified the process of track browsing and selection, as DJs can now use the Qwerty touch screen keyboard to search keywords of tracks and mixes.
