We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders
We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible.
At the couriers discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements.
In the event of any issues with your order, where possible we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you and to arrange a suitable solution. Returns policy:

If you wish to return your goods, you must inform us in writing (email or letter) of your intention to do so as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. We accept returns within 30 days for a full refund, the 30 day period commences on the day after you receive your goods.
If you are returning the item for any reason Buyer will have to pay for the return costs.
