1. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped out correctly but are no longer needed by customer. It is buyers responsibility to pay the returned postage and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
2. 30 days money back guarantee also apply to goods found to be faulty, significantly different from the description, delivered incorrectly or lost or damaged in transit.
As to wrong item being sent, item can be returned for exchange or for full refund. We will be responsible for all the return postage. Please provide us pictures of the package including the barcode and package list and the item prior the return
In the unlikely case that item is faulty on the receipt, we will send out the required parts ASAP to fix the problem. If the faulty item cannot be repaired, item can be returned for replacement or for full refund within 14 days of receipt.
If there is any quality problem with the item covered by warranty, but the issued is raised after 30 days of receipt, we will send out any required parts freely to repair the item or item can be returned for replacement if it fails to be repaired (Warranty doesn't apply on accessories like carbon brush and spark plug)
