For sale is my complete Abstract MAD intelligent lighting System consisting of 10 lights, cases, cables and controller..
This is a very unique system because of the controller which allows you to control the speed and colour of the light show, including black out feature and selecting which units you want on/off. This is a fantastic alternative to those not wanting to master the art of DMX but wanting more control than just sound to light.
The set comprises of the following units:
– 2 No. Power flowers – Excellent Condition
– 1 No.Barrel magician – Excellent condition (only case rust is on the bracket itself)
– 1 No. FX1 water effect – Excellent condition
– 3 No. Barrel spins (2 in very good condition, 1 is a spare and needs a full clean and service)
– 3 No. Scans (All in OK condition but do have quite bad bubbling of the paintwork and some rust so could do with a refurb)
– 1 No. Mad Controller
– 1No. Mini MAD Controller.
All of these light units have black powder coated metal casings and are mostly in great condition with mainly the scans suffering from rus as I’ve tried to capture in the photos.
All come with working 250W Gas discharge bulbs and I have 8 No. IEC Power leads and all lights are cased with the exception of the FX1. All lights have White, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Magenta and the unique UV blue colour wheels and separate gobo wheels.
Overall this is a great set of lights and as a light show will rival and in some cases out perform most cheap LED lighting. Its not the lightest but is solid, quality British engineering.
I’ve priced this at 495 as a lot which is under 50 per light. If you are interested in just the cased pair of Power Flowers, I will set up a separate buy it now for these at 100 the pair but want this sold as a lot as the lights just don’t have the appeal if sold individually. I’m not desperate to sell and I know these will only appeal to a certain audience. If they don’t sell, I will keep them and probably refurbish them at some point as its rare to find this quantity now with controller.
