This is for a telescopic lighting stand.
Folded up, it comes to 1.5m high.As a light stand, at the lowest height, its about 1.8mtrs, but it can extend to 3.5mtrs.It will support a lot of weight when its down low, but I would only use light weight lights when up high.The top bar has bolt holes for 4 lights.
The light stand was used for about 10 events, and have all the scratches etc. to show.
