Mackie HR624 Mk1 Professional Studio Monitors
These rock-solid monitors are bi-amped/active and provide a decent punch from the woofers. They feature low cut and hi-cut switches, along with three room modes to account for positioning in small rooms. They provide a very true and flat sound and as producers will know, they are highly sought after due to the build quality.
The actual pair for sale (pictured) have actually had quite minimal use, were always in a small smoke-free studio, used at low volumes, though for the last 5 years have just been boxed in storage, but after getting them out for a test, the sound is still as good as when I first got them. They have a few small scratches as you would expect for the age, but purely cosmetic.
Happy to demo them to anyone who would like to try before they buy!
