MFB SEQ-02 Eurorack Sequencer and Drum Sequencer – used, VGC
The SEQ-02 by MFBerlin is a very powerful sequencer and drum sequencer in 20HP Eurorack format, skiff compatible, with basically Roland TR808 / 606 / 303 style pattern programming.
I have listed separately on eBay as a 19-inch rack with MFB Power / MIDI which can support this SEQ-02 and a whole row of Eurorack modules.
The SEQ-02 offer twelve tracks for programming trigger sequences and/or CV/gate sequences. So it’s equally happy as a sequencer or as a drum pattern controller, or both.
You can have all 12 outputs as CV’s – or all 12 outputs as Gates, for playing drum patterns – or 6 as CV and 6 as gate for playing normal sequences. During playback you can also selectively trigger other modules like Sample & Hold.
A sequence can be 32 steps long and each sequence has an A and B variation – with the A/B switch you can choose between the variations, and the middle position will alternate automatically between A & B.
The SEQ-02 has an internal clock with clock output, but it can be synchronized to an external clock as well. Internal and external clock can be set to 16 or 96 pulses per bar – the 96 mode allows for seven different shuffle settings.
There are further jack connections for skipping to the Next or Previous sequence in the memory, for Starting/Stopping the sequencer and for Resetting it.
